Bringing MADE IN JAPAN to the world once again

We have been developing our business with a big dream and goal of bringing Hiroshima okonomiyaki to the world.
We have been steadily developing our directly operated okonomiyaki and teppan-yaki restaurant "Chanchikurin" in Japan, and we have also realized our long-held dream of opening a restaurant overseas, and have now reached our third restaurant (Torrance).
In the past few years, we have delivered our teppan to countries around the world, and as we have traveled to various regions, we have once again become aware of the splendor of Japan.
I feel that the ideas and services that are taken for granted in Japan, such as delicate cooking, awareness of food safety, and hospitality, are fully applicable overseas as well.
Similarly, when I compared kitchen equipment in general, I again recognized the excellence of Japanese products in terms of performance, quality, and attention to detail.
The incidence of defective products and malfunctions is also incomparably low, and the durability is excellent.

We have been delivering products that have been improved through actual use of the equipment by craftsmen under our direct management, but in the future we would like to use the information we gather from around the world, which is different from that in Japan, for product development.

In general, teppan-yaki restaurants require craftsmen to operate, but we feel that it is necessary to develop completely new products that can be easily prepared by anyone with a little bit of knowledge.
We would like to research various ingredients and cuisines from around the world and take on the challenge of creating products that utilize Japanese technology without being bound by conventional wisdom.

We have just begun. It may take 20 years or even longer for okonomiyaki, teppan-yaki, and our products to be recognized. We will face many obstacles.
However, we will not give up and will continue to spread our MADE IN JAPAN products around the world with pride and pride.

Acquisition of various international standards

To export Teppan equipment, it is extremely important to meet the standard safety design regulations of the country it’s going to.
