• Can you ship worldwide?

  Yes, we can ship to most areas.
  Even today, our products continue to meet safety standards in countries around the world.

• What size teppan griddles can you manufacture?

  It can be manufactured in any size.
  We can also adjust the size in finer increments.

• Can you manufacture griddles in any shape?

  It is possible to manufacture shapes to a certain extent. However, it is not possible to manufacture shapes that are too detailed.

• Can you provide maintenance if there is a breakdown?

  You can easily do it yourself as it only requires replacing the carbon lamp heater unit.
  We will send you a video instruction on how to replace it.

• Can you install Teppan Griddle?

  Yes, installation is possible. Our staff will come to you.

• How long does it take from production to delivery?

  It takes about 2 months.
  It depends on the design and logistics.

• Can I return it?

  Returns are only accepted if the item is defective. Returns for any other reason are not accepted.

• Do you have a showroom?

  Yes, there is.
  However, it is only available at our headquarters in Japan.
